Creative Cakecraft offer a wide range of courses to teach you everything from making a sugar paste rose, or models of Disney characters to making a complete wedding cake from start to finish.

These courses are a fun way to learn how to make the perfect cake, or the perfect decoration. Some of the things you can learn are great for gifts.

Wedding Cake  first ½ day

This class is done over 6 weeks, 5 x ½ days and 1 x full day. You will learn how to marzipan and ice your fruit cakes, then decorate with sugar flowers and some side decoration. On the full day I will help you put it all together using dowels and pillars or a stand or stacked.

INTENSIVE ONE WEEK CLASS
During this week you will; ll;
-Bake, marzipan, ice and decorate a fruit cake.
-Bake, ice and decorate a sponge cake.
-Make sugar flowers and sugar models.
-Learn writing and embroidery.
Monday June 4th to Friday 8th
or
Monday 18th to Friday 22nd
The price is £300 plus the cost of ingredients and equipment.

All Classes are held from 10:00am until 4:00pm, unless otherwise marked.ked.

Courses are limited to nine students, so please enrol early to avoid disappointment.

Please send a £10 deposit (non-returnable) unless you are taking advantage of the 3 for 2 offer, whereby payment must be sent in full for 2 classes to receive the 3rd free. per course, with your booking, and details of your name, address and telephone number.

Confirmation of the courses booked and details of equipment required will then be sent to you nearer the time. The balance must be paid on the first day of your course.

All equipment for the courses can be purchased at Creative Cakecraft, and once enrolled you will be eligible for a 10% discount on all items purchased for the course.
